Well not much going on here lately. We have done a lot with the site lately or have really any updates. But we have been doing a lot on some of our sites on our advertising network, Atomblogic. We have been working on clearing inactive accounts and planning catch up on suspending/deleting cheater accounts. We also have purchased a couple of add ons for our script and testing out those features.

Well, haven't posted any news lately, but have been doing some back end work here. I've been mainly keeps parts of the script up-to-date, clearing out spam emails and other small back-end work. I just have been slightly busy with my other sites, mainly my Paid-to-Click web sites. With my PTC (Paid-to-Click) sites I haven been getting an on flow of cheaters lately so lots of banning/suspend/deleting those types of accounts which is what make the advertisers happy.

Well as you guys know Thanksgiving's Day this also means Black Friday and Small Business Saturday are almost here too. We are planning one doing a sale on both of our PTC sites. The sale will go on Thanksgiving to the end of Small Business Saturday.

After so many years of using the same anti-virus software on my computers as well as installing it on our client computers I had recently switch the software on both my laptop and desktop computers after I had reformatted before of them. It had been a while since I had clean out my desktop. My laptop has never been reformatted. I was thinking it was about the time to do so. Anyways, I have been using AVG free for years since 2005. As of the recent I've been having issues with installing in on a couple of my client computers spending hours to almost days trying to fix the dumb errors. I had got to the point that I thought it was time to look for a different program, So I had search the world of the net and read through reviews on a couple of different programs. I had decided to give Avast! and try. I now have Avast! install on both of my Windows computers and will be giving it a test drive. What does this mean for our clients? Well nothing much as of right now. We will continue to install AVG if no problems occur. But we will be offering other options for virus protection as well. If we continue to have the issues with AVG will will discontinue install though as it is too time consuming to try and get something to work for our customers.

Side note: We are going to be testing out other different software applications for our customers to find ones that meet their needs.

Well no updates for a bit. So Rutakus is planning on adding design services to its business. We've been slowly working on a profile for our different services that we will be offering. We will be offering web page design service in which we will be using tools like Dreamweaver, Artisteer, Photoshop and other elements like flash. So far 3 of our sites use some of our designs. We are also looking in to banner design, flyer design and business card design using Photoshop/Image Ready and Office products like Publisher. We will be looking into other vast amount of tools to add to our design service as well. By the end of the year we will be re-organizing a bit of our site here soon to add out different offered services their own pages.

Hello all, I just want to let you all know that we have recently implemented Boxtrapper on our email server to protect and limit the amount of spam we are getting to all our email accounts. What Boxtrapper is a feature on our server the protects email accounts by requiring email senders to reply back or click a link in a verification email in order for us to receive your emails. I will say I can't believe Rutakus has been in business for 3 years now. It has been a rough first couple of year but I see that we are starting to come along. Our network has grown and all of our sites are starting to gain a lot of traffic as well. Our rutakus.com domain ow has an Alexa rank 14,296,633 as of today which before didn't even have a rank. Now we also own .net, ,org, .info to expand our name. We also have inquired Offers And Clicks and Atomic PTC top level domains in the .com, .net, .org. info to improve the name of those sites that are part of our advertising network, Atomblogic. Anyways as the owner of Rutakus I would like to say happy late birthday Rutakus which was on 6-3-2010

I have been thinking lately about adding some other services to Rutakus. One thing I have really been putting a lot of though into is going a head and start adding web design and banner/flyer/business card and other design type services to our site. But I haven't yet due to our portfolio is that big at the moment but I do plan on doing so soon. Right now we offer quiet a range of different services, some not listed on this site as we have other sites for the services listed under our network page.

I have also been think about adding support services for cell phones. Mostly smartphones like Android, Windows Phone and iPhones. This will be more of an in person type of support. But we will most likely do things like help with backing up files from the device to another storage device, sd card file recovery, master resetting the the device down to factory defaults. Diagnostic test to find software or hardware problems. But this one might take a bit more time as there is more planning envoled including trying to have access to support information from all the different device manufactures. But I would like to see this one soon.

Last one we will be adding here soon is both online and offline backup storage for your important data. Our online storage might be a bit later as we have to look into getting a file server. But our offline storage will be external hard drives not connected to the network.

Side note: it getting close to our 3 year mark of being in business

Well it's another month, another day passes by. http://www.rutakushosting.com/, our hosting site is still in the process of being worked on. We have most of the site set-up but there still is a lot of work needing to be done on it. I've been doing work on it bit by bit as with everything that has been going on this past month and working full time. It's been hard keeping up. But it is getting there and we are now paying for the license for our billing system there. I also plan on start working on opening up the computer store site again here soon. At the moment we don't have a huge inventory, but I plan on changing that in the future. http://earning.rutakus.com is doing well. I'm planning on do a small restructure of the navigation as I will be adding more pages there. I still in the testing stages of some plugins for that site in getting Wordpress to do what I want it to do. Our advertising network is starting to pick up a bit more. Small amount of advertisers are starting to come. I believe I will start see more coming in by the end of the year.

Last bit of info I will be doing some changes to Rutakus as well. Mainly adding some more content and using up a bit more of the space on the pages. I still haven't decided if I want to open up registration here yet due to spammer issues and I don't have the staff to help keep it under control yet. I already have a hard enough time keeping up with spam in forums and other aspects of my other sites.

I haven't posted any updates for a bit on this site. So now its about that time. Not a whole lot has been going on. I've been working a lot so I have been trying my best to stay caught up on all of our sites. Some sites are still a work in progress. http://www.rutakushosting.com is starting to come along. I have been slowly adding the services to the main site. We are still using billing box for our client billing system but I have now upgraded the license.

Our ad network is starting to come along. Our ptc sites are starting to get more hits which in the long run will be good for both advertisers and members. I recently purchased a new template for http://www.offersandclicks.com/ And today will be having a auto surf add-on being installed today on both sites which will allow for add that break out of frame to be advertised.

Anyways, I just wanted to post some brief updates what has been going on in the Rutaklus world. This is year is our plan to get things really going. First couple of years we have not had a whole lot going on and some small bumpy things happen.But I see this as way to have Rutakus know world wide at least with some of our network sites. Our Paid-to-click sites are starting to get more traffic which will be good for both our members and our advertisers. I've been working quite hard on that and putting in a bit of money to advertise as well. We have also expanded another site. This years goals is to fully implement our current service on Rutakus. Planning on data entry for cataloging services for your dvds, books, video games and whatever else you desire. We will fully design the database (support databases, MS Access, OpenOffice Base, MySQL,) if for a bit more we can add extra features like forms for add more content, or a front-end website to display your collections world wide.

We will also be adding simple banner designs for low cost. Script installations for popular open source web site systems (i.e. shopping carts, blogs, chats, Content Management systems) We can also do plugin and theme layout installations. There will also be custom theme designs or current theme modifications.
