Ya, Ya I know this post is kind of late but oh well. Anyways Happy new Years everyone. So it is the Year 2013 and we all survived 2012. So this year we have lots of plans in the works for all of our sites. I been looking into a lot of different extra income online for funding our Advertising network sites. We are also currently working on building up our traffic to our sites including pay per view and traffic exchanges. We are also working on some other services that we will be providing to our local area. This year we are planning on growing our business. We will be posting updates throughout the year about different things.

So it has been a while since I have done anything online. I had got in a car wreck back at the end of October. So I have fallen behind on getting stuff done on a lot of my sites. Some site came across problems and what not. First off our Paid-to-Click sites had an issue where we have to delay our payouts. We're also currently audit all member account on both sites for cheaters. Soon both Offers And Clicks and Atomic PTC will be following Foreign Assets Control policy and disallowing members from sanctioned countries. I will hate to do that but We are US based business. All of our other ad network sites will follow. The fact is all of our business will be following this policy

Other news it has come to my attention that there is a mischievous person(s) out there using domain forwarding to forward their domain to us (rutakus.com). Normally I wouldn't really care because they are giving me traffic but they are masking my domain with theirs and causing trouble and having fraudulent activities come back to Rutakus. First of all Rutakus does NOT do fraud or like activities. So I will now be blocking domains that are being redirected to my site other then my own. I will be doing what I can to prevent people from continuing these activities. We have a new email address set up for this type of issue and any other abuse in our company. Hello Visitors and Current Customers. I would be happy to say that Rutakus has added new services. Rutakus now is doing video services. What we will provide are video encoding services, Professional video watermarking services, timing & subtitle services, video conversion from along to digital. Currently we have video watermarking and video encoding services. But soon will be adding more as well as providing more types of video formats Take a look here at our services page.

Well it has been a long time since there was anything posted. We have been quite busy with life outside of Rutakus. But we are getting back into action. A while back we had a server issue where we had lost a bit of data for all of our sites.This also included down time in which we lost Internet traffic. We are now working on measures in which to prevent the least amount of data lose. If you have read our last news post we had a bit of news posts lost as well as our forums.Now we have add the forums back but user registration isn't open yet. We will be opening that up soon. Our Facebook fan page is still there and we are planning on adding our RSS feed to post our news there.

Now we are slowly adding new services to our business. Video type of services are in the works. Types of services we will be providing are video conversion/encoding, video editing/professional DVDs like DVD menus and such, subtitling services and video watermarking. We haven't currently added everything yet but it is in the work. We are also planning on adding image editing as well.

We are also working on increase our advertising revenue on our Paid-to-Click networks. We have also add a Pixel advertising site. Banner and ad space will be available on all our business sites in the up coming months for those who are looking to increase your business/blog/web site views.

Rutakus has been offline for a bit due to a major server issues including lose a lot of data. We had top get a new server and do a restore of all our sites from the most recent backups. So there is data lose on all of our sites hosted by us. We now have 2 servers. One server hosts our Paid-to-click sites while this one hosting Rutakus hosts the rest of of our sites. So with this said we are coming up with some plans in order to prevent something like this from happen again. The issue was we had the server upgraded and our monthly invoicing wasn't updated through our Paypal subscription so our bill was $10 short for this month and our server was automatically terminated. We got it fix but we going to better focus on making sure the bills are paid and week are making weekly backups more often.

So I really haven't posted anything yet for the new year. But I've been kind of busy with work, preparing my business taxes and other life stuff. But as some may know SOPA and Protect IP (IPPA) were trying to get pasted. The good news is that they didn't. But if they would have  pasted We all would have be affected. SOPA basically gives the US government control of what US citizens view.  So any website the US government thinks is "bad" would be blocked, whether the site is bad or not. If you think about it in another aspect SOPA and PIPA would create more whistle-blowing and make it much harder for small business to make it in the online world. Anyways, I will say this, Rutakus and all Rutakus Network sites do NOT support SOPA, Protect IP or any other means of censorship of the online world, as well as all my other sites. Yes there is stuff the make the Internet have issues. But we as a online community or collective need to police it for ourself. As a small business, I believe bills/laws like SOPA can make it even harder to run a business in the online world. So don't allow the government to take control of the free Internet.

So Rutakus has been offline for a week or 2. I must apologize for that. We had updated our Drupal script to Drupal 7 and our old database wasn't compatible with the new Drupal update. To top it off our site layout was no compatible with Drupal 7. So we had to revamp that as well. So the new layout is like the old one but with some minor modifications and what not. So we had finally successfully imported all old news posts and site pages into our database.

We will be soon open up registration for our customers in which we can make this site like a community as well. A forums will be added but can only be viewed but registered users to prevent spammers. More features will slowly be added as well. Anyways, again thanks for reading.

There hasn't been any updates in a while. Though, I will say I had updated the site script to the latest version.

Our web hosting site is still under construction. We're currently trying to install a client billing system. Time frame for that is not known at this time but we're hoping it will be done soon.

Well there really isn't a whole lot of new developments. Just some really. As we are still in the works of our business. It's slowly starting to grow. I've been slow becoming more active on all of the sites in our business but as of right now it hard to do just by your self. But it's coming along. First off our domain reseller account is going to be renewed here soon. Business in that end is pick up a bit with currently one customer not counting our discounted account. I will also point out some of our domains will be renewed here soon as well. So why not get your dot com domain trough us today here So our domain reseller account renewed at the end of the month. As for the Rutakus site, we are currently working on some more pages and will be adding a some more features by the end of this year. As you can see, our advertise with us page is currently under construction. We're basically planning on adding prices for advertising on our page.The reason is to help us cover our server costs and help other out with getting more page views to their sites. Another thing though not yet planned, we might be opening up user registration so you guys can join the site comment on new items and partake in our up-coming private forums. Other thing in the works; our computer store is online (currently under development), and we are now switching Mr.Ruste online earning blog over to Wordpress from Open blog and now is using a sub-domain under Rutakus. I would like to first like to announce that Rutakus is a year old and we had celebrated our birthday on 6-3-2011 since that was the day we had registered our business. The first has been a bit rough and we really didn't operate all that much. But we are slowly piecing the puzzle pieces together. Here are some small milestones for the first year. We first had got our web site up and running along with registering all of the business domains. We created a simple fast design for the Rutakus Computer services web site (Main business). Slowly get our network grow. Our paid to clicks sites are running smooth and so far any hack attempts have not been successful. Members continue to get paid for their work. Rutakus Domains is being maintain and advertised to help create more visits and potential customers for our domain reseller outlet. Our computer/electronics is currently in the works along with our Herbalife independent distributor store. Both stores are using Open Cart and still being worked on.

Now as for this year our goals are as follows. Create more content for Rutakus computer services web site (open user registration for more customer interaction). Switch out Mr.Ruste's online earning blog over to a different blog script, Increase paid to click web site income (bring in new advertisers). Finish configuring both open cart stores; setting up payment options, shipping methods, and adding products. Get and pay for a owned license for a web host billing system software for Rutakus Hosting (open up hosting packages).
